Mike Gold
Michael Gold is an American lawyer and space policy expert specializing in commercial space technology and law. Formerly NASA's associate administrator for space policy and partnerships, he served on NASA's Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Independent Study Team since 2022, advocating for transparent UAP data analysis to support DoD efforts. Key achievements include leading the Artemis Accords, lunar Gateway agreements, NASA's first lunar resource purchase, and planetary protection updates, earning the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal in 2020 and the International Astronautical Federation’s Excellence in International Cooperation Award in 2024. On November 13, 2024, he testified before the U.S. House Committee on Oversight subcommittees, alleging secret government programs retrieving extraterrestrial technology and alien bodies from UAP crashes, alongside Luis Elizondo and others. Gold participates in the 2025 documentary 'The Age of Disclosure' on UFO government programs and will deliver the SciX 2025 keynote on UAP research tools. Previously at Bigelow Aerospace and Maxar Technologies, he now serves as president of Civil and International Space at Redwire.
