Stephanie O’Sullivan
Stephanie O’Sullivan is an American intelligence official with a distinguished career in the CIA and ODNI. She began in ocean engineering at TRW (later Northrop Grumman) and Office of Naval Intelligence. At CIA, she served as Deputy Director (2005-2009) and Associate Deputy Director (2009-2011) of Science and Technology, then Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (2011-2017) under James Clapper. Allegations from multiple sources claim she co-oversees a UAP program with Clapper since 2007, involving shootdown, recovery of non-human craft, and tech safeguarding via CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology. The program, possibly 'Golden Domes,' used electronic/laser tech for retrievals, with sites like Northrop Grumman's Tejon Ranch implicated. No confirmed publications or testimony exist; claims remain unverified whistleblower reports.
