Stephen Lovekin

Stephen Lovekin (1940-2009), a U.S. Army veteran and technical specialist, entered military service in 1958 and joined the White House Army Signaling Agency in 1959, serving under Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy until 1961 with above top secret clearance. In counterintelligence roles, he accessed Pentagon briefings on Project Blue Book, reviewing UFO photos from pilots, radar lock-ons, and metallic debris from the Roswell crash. Lovekin testified that Eisenhower expressed keen interest in UFOs but realized he had lost control to private corporations, echoing warnings about the military-industrial complex.
