Charles J. Stahl III
Charles J. Stahl, M.D., is a U.S. Air Force official who served as Armed Forces Medical Examiner and participated in the declassification and investigation of the Roswell Incident. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado, and is a native of Washington, D.C. Stahl participated in the declassification of the Gulf War Air Power Survey (1993) and served special tours of duty with the Drug Enforcement Administration and High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force. He was involved in the Air Force's 1995 examination of accounts related to the alleged Roswell Incident, which concluded that reported alien bodies were likely anthropomorphic test dummies used in high-altitude balloon research.
