Dwynne C. Arneson

Dwynne C. Arneson is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who served in communications and command roles at multiple Strategic Air Command (SAC) nuclear weapons facilities during the Cold War. He held top-secret clearance and was responsible for classified communications at bases housing nuclear-armed ICBMs.

Arneson is a key witness to UAP activity at nuclear weapons sites. He personally handled classified teletype messages documenting UFO incursions over nuclear missile silos, including incidents where missiles were temporarily disabled during UAP overflights. He also received and transmitted Priority messages from NORAD and SAC regarding unidentified objects penetrating restricted airspace over nuclear facilities.

Arneson went public with his testimony as part of the broader disclosure effort by military nuclear weapons personnel, contributing to the documented pattern of UAP interference with nuclear weapons systems across multiple decades and installations.
