Lara Seligman

Lara Seligman is an American journalist and defense correspondent who has covered unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and U.S. government UFO programs extensively. She has reported for major outlets including Politico and has conducted notable interviews with Pentagon officials overseeing UAP investigations, including Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). Seligman's reporting has focused on government UAP disclosure efforts, congressional hearings on UAP, and the Pentagon's historical review of classified UFO programs. She was among select journalists invited to a restricted Pentagon briefing in March 2024 regarding the Department of Defense's Historical Record Report on UAP programs.
