Norio Hayakawa is a veteran UFO researcher, activist, and director of Civilian Intelligence Central, known for investigations into Area 51 and Dulce, New Mexico.[2][5] On February 21, 1990, he guided a Nippon Television crew to Bob Lazar's residence in Las Vegas and to a Groom Lake vantage point to film a purported test flight of a craft.[1] He has appeared on Coast to Coast AM and organized events like the 2009 Dulce Underground Base conference.[5]
