Steve Justice
Steve Justice, a native of Nashville, Tennessee, graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1978 with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He began his career at General Dynamics Fort Worth Division, contributing to the F-111, F-16, and F-16XL programs as a structural designer. Joining Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works in 1984, he advanced through roles on the F-117 Nighthawk and YF-22 (F-22 Raptor) programs, retiring as Director for Integrated Systems after over 30 years. Key achievements include two awarded patents, including the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile, five classified disclosures, and recipient of the Kelly Johnson award. As Skunk Works historian and instructor, he served on the AIAA Aircraft Design Committee. In UAP research, Justice was Aerospace Division Director and COO at To The Stars Academy (TTSA), leading development of advanced craft with revolutionary technologies beyond conventional physics.
