Elizondo Joins To The Stars Academy for UAP Disclosure
After resigning from the Pentagon, Luis Elizondo joined TTSA as Chief of Security and Special Programs, bringing government UAP expertise to the public-facing disclosure organization.
Background
After resigning from the Pentagon, Luis Elizondo joined To The Stars Academy (TTSA), the public benefit corporation founded by Tom DeLonge and Jim Semivan. Elizondo was hired as Chief of Security and Special Programs.
TTSA pursued a triple directive: UAP science and engineering research, educating the public through media and journalists, and generating film/TV/publishing content about UAP. The organization's advisory board included Steve Justice (Lockheed Skunk Works), Dr. Garry Nolan (Stanford), and Dr. Norm Kahn (CIA).
The strategy was two-pronged: Jay Stratton would remain inside the government to push from within, while Elizondo and Mellon would generate public pressure from the outside.
Significance
United Pentagon insiders with public advocacy, creating the dual inside-outside disclosure strategy that proved highly effective.
