Jay Stratton

Jay Stratton is a U.S. national and former high-ranking intelligence official specializing in UAP research. He served with the Office of Naval Intelligence and is the only federal employee to work directly on all three recent U.S. government UFO programs: AAWSAP, AATIP, and the UAP Task Force, which he directed from 2017-2022 after Lou Elizondo's departure. Stratton initiated the UAPTF, changing 'UFO' to 'UAP', created classified briefings with military UAP videos/photos, and recruited Dr. Travis Taylor as chief scientist in 2019. Involved in Skinwalker Ranch investigations via AAWSAP, he consulted on paranormal hotspots. Post-retirement, he works at Radiance Technologies and appeared on 'The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch'. An upcoming 2026 memoir with HarperCollins will detail his 16-year career.
