Marc Cecotti
Marc Cecotti is a researcher involved in U.S. government-funded UFO/UAP programs. In 2009, he collaborated with Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) as a subcontractor under the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), a DIA initiative tied to AATIP. Cecotti commissioned 38 papers from global experts on UAP-related topics, compiled into Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs) hosted on the JWICS server. These addressed physical characteristics, biological effects, detection methods, and theoretical capabilities of unexplained aerial phenomena. His work contributed to BAASS's 494-page Ten Month Report to DIA in July 2009, including case synopses and Skinwalker Ranch references. A 2020 DIA FOIA log lists requests for documents on Cecotti related to UFO/UAP in AAWSAP. No birth/death years or nationality details are known from available sources.
