Eric W. Davis, Ph.D., is an American physicist specializing in breakthrough propulsion physics, general relativity, and quantum field theory. He served as a research physicist at the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) and later at EarthTech International/Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. Davis was a subcontractor for the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) through Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), co-authoring the classified Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs). His 2002 meeting notes with Admiral Thomas R. Wilson, leaked in 2019, became one of the most significant UAP disclosure documents.
