AAWSAP Team Dinner in Rosslyn, Virginia

Luis Elizondo attended his first dinner meeting with the AAWSAP team in Rosslyn, Virginia in 2009. Present were Robert Bigelow, Hal Puthoff, General Uchoa, and other program participants. This event marked Elizondo's formal introduction to the UAP research program.
