Harold E. 'Hal' Puthoff
Harold E. 'Hal' Puthoff, born in 1936 in the USA, is an American physicist with a PhD from the University of Maryland. He co-founded the CIA/DIA-funded Stargate Project at SRI International in the 1970s, directing research on remote viewing for U.S. military and intelligence agencies. Puthoff served as a Navy officer assigned to the NSA before joining SRI. In UFO/UAP research, he contributed to the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) post-2008, contracted via Senators Reid, Inouye, and Stevens, studying unconventional propulsion, zero-point energy, and materials suggesting non-terrestrial origins. As director of EarthTech International and the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin, he authored papers like 'Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering' for AATIP. Puthoff has testified on UAPs, interviewed pilots like Dave Fravor, and explored ultraterrestrial models. Notable appearances include Joe Rogan (#2314) and Eric Weinstein podcasts, discussing NHI and government secrecy.
