Garry Reid
Garry Reid was the Director for Defense Intelligence at the U.S. Department of Defense, overseeing security and law enforcement operations. In April 2022, he was dismissed from his position, officially cited as being for an 'inappropriate relationship and favoritism' with a colleague. According to sources cited by The Debrief, Reid was allegedly responsible for preventing the release of additional UAP (UFO) videos and for retaliating against former Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) director Lue Elizondo after Elizondo publicly disclosed UAP information to the New York Times in 2017. An investigation into Elizondo and the release of three Department of Defense videos depicting UAP incidents was reportedly launched at Reid's behest as retaliation.
